Buyer Inspection: You, as the home buyer, will have a Home Inspection prior to purchasing to disclose any possible deficiencies with the home.

Seller Inspection: You, as the home seller, will have a Home Inspection before listing the home. This inspection strengthens your listing power by showing potential buyers that the home has already been inspected. It also allows you to make improvements to your home, and will speed up the overall sales transaction.

Radon Testing: With nearly one out of every 15 homes estimated to have elevated radon levels; a radon test is always a wise choice to protect your health. If elevated levels are found, it gives you the opportunity to have remediation performed as either a home buyer or seller. Home Warranty Inspection: This Home Inspection applies to new homes that are currently covered under a 1-year warranty. Even with the newest of homes, problems can arise. For a discounted rate, we will inspect your new home to find any current or potential problems so that you can have them resolved before your warranty expires.

Home Protection Inspection: Homeowner has an Inspection at regular intervals (annually or once every 2 years) to keep the home in optimum condition and to prevent future problems from arising.
