Done Deal Basement Transformations

This custom bar was built with 100 year old "Cream City" brick, white oak arm rail,
and Costa Rican Honey Teak hardwood. Bar beer tower and drip tray is brass.

Brick archway was built to create transition between the pool room and the home theater.

The bar and billiard room was designed to create a somewhat "Old World" look but was also
wired and plumbed to produce a "sports bar feel". By strategically installing 2 flat panel TVs
and a 2 tap beer tower there's not a bad seat in the house!

The bathroom was enhanced with a ceramic tile floor and six panel door that was trimmed
with fluted casing, rosettes and plinths at the baseboard level.

Brick archway leads you into this home theater with High Definition projector, 106" screen and
7.2 surround sound. Sconces at archway and within the room make for a true theater experience!

This basement was remodeled after a flood required a complete teardown and re-build. Bar and millwork is all oak, and the floor is 18" Italian ceramic tile. An arched "inset" with shelf was added to the wall behind the bar for character. The TV at the bar area was "split" from the TV on the adjacent wall to give the viewer options of separate programming. A component cabinet was also built into the wall below the larger TV for a more streamlined appearance. An In-wall heater with a fan was added in addition to the existing heat supply.
